Newton Abbot Town Centre: Love it. Fix it. Create it.

We are working with Teignbridge District Council on an exciting regeneration project to bring new life to disused and under‑used brownfield sites in the town centre. The aim is to create the homes, green spaces, leisure and community facilities that local people want and need - and your views are a vital part of that.

Your feedback will help shape a long‑term regeneration Masterplan for the town centre.

Earlier this year, from December 2025 to February 2026, we asked residents and local businesses to share their views on these sites through an initial survey. Thank you to everyone who took part.

We’re now keen to hear from people who use the town centre regularly, whether you live nearby, work here, shop here, or simply enjoy spending time here. We want to understand what you value most about the town centre, what you think could be improved, and what you feel is currently missing.
