Newton Place Museum Store

Newton Abbot Town Council intends to undertake a procurement exercise for the provision of the construction of a new museum store.
This opportunity is currently below the threshold for full regulatory procurement procedures; however, Newton Abbot Town Council is committed to ensuring transparency and encouraging competition.
The tender period will open on 13th April 2026 and tenders are to be returned by noon on 11th May 2026.
The scope of the requirement is expected to include:
The construction of a new accessible museum store with associated external works, drainage and opening into the existing building.

Further details, including tender documentation and timelines, will be issued directly by the Quantity Surveyor for the project, WT Hills Ltd on 13th April 2026.
