Personal Interests

Borne in Yorkshire.  Grammar School education followed by mechanical engineering apprenticeship, Merchant Navy as an Engineering Officer. Started marine business 1965. Moved the business to Newton Abbot 1988. Still working and exporting to Europe and the wider world.

Married Colleen in 1959, still married. Two children, Five Grandchildren.

Loves Newton Abbot and has special interests in;

Helping the town develop as a centre for tourism in the South West.

Local ecology.

Building a strong and sustainable working future for our young people.
