DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL APPLICATIONS The Town Clerk reported that Notice had been received of submission of an application to create a footway/cycleway and bridge over the River Teign from the Passage House, Kingsteignton to Forde Road, Newton Abbot. It was hoped details would be submitted to the Committee’s next meeting. 57. TEIGNBRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT CONTROL COMMITTEE/PLANNING APPLICATIONS AT VARIANCE WITH TOWN COUNCIL’S OBSERVATIONS Councillor D Corney-Walker reported on the following issues:- (a) 10/01219/FUL – alterations to shop front at 120-122 Queen Street – the Committee noted with pleasure that the District Council had approved the application; (b) The Committee was informed of voting by the District Council Development Control Committee on an application in Bovey Tracy. 58. APPLICATIONS IN NEIGHBOURING PARISHES Members noted that the 10 previously withdrawn major applications in Kingsteignton and Teigngrace parishes would be considered by a special meeting of the District Council’s Development Control Committee on 21st June 2010. 59.
